Three Steps to Quality

Step One - Is the project right for you?

There is no point embarking on any work if we don't know what it has to achieve.

Step one is where we spend time asking a lot of “why” questions. We want to fully understand what you need from the project before we establish a brief that fulfils your need.

We will produce draft designs and outline proposals to find out what is most important to you and establish the budget.

Before this step is considered complete, we will ask you for your feedback to check that we have interpreted the brief correctly and that the project timeframe has been properly established.

Step Two - Preparing the project

Good preparation is the key to your project's ultimate success.

Once you are happy with the initial concepts we will finalise the details, agreeing with you the finishes, the furniture and materials, and the final budget.

We will make sure that landlord's permissions are applied for, that building regulations are complied with and that a Health & Safety Plan is in place, along with a plan for how the work will fit into your organisation.

Before this step is considered complete, we will ask you for your feedback to check that the budget meets with your expectations, the finishes are agreed and the timescales meet your business needs.

Step Three - Delivering the project

This is what it is all about; actually making sure what needs to happen actually happens, when and how it should.

Step three is about how we deliver your finished project to you. Here we always make sure that the work carried out does not disrupt your day to day business.

We make sure that everything is designed, detailed and finished properly to deliver the highest quality. We will hand over to you on time, on budget and snag free.
